Future Champions Sports Complex does not offer refunds for any reason. However, we will issue a credit for a future tournament.

April 17, 2018 – Effective immediately the following bats will be banned from events using BPF 1.15 Bat Standards:

• (DeMarini) 2018 CF Zen CBZ 2 3/4″ (31/-10 and 32/-10)

• (Dirty South) Kamo BB KA 8 (30/22, 31/21, 32/22, 31/23, 32/24 only)

**Important Bat Announcement – April 7th, 2017**

It was recently announced that the 2017 DeMarini CF Zen (-10) 2 3/4” barrel bat (WTDXCBZ-17), and the 2017 DeMarini CF Zen (-8) 2 5/8” barrel bat (WTDXCBR-17) did not meet USSSA bat requirements, and those models have been declared illegal.

Effective immediately, these Demarini CF Zen bats (including custom made models) will not be allowed at our tournaments (Click Here for full info).

Hotel Policy: All tournament teams playing that need overnight lodging are required to reserve their hotel rooms through our Hotel Partners (CLICK HERE).  Teams that do not reserve their rooms with our Hotel Partners will not get scheduled to play in our tournaments.  This is a requirement for all teams needing lodging.

Tournament Gate Fees: $7 per adult 13+ and $5 per child 6-12 for a 1 day pass  / Children 5 and under are FREE.

Concession Stand and Pets: No carry in drinks, food, or coolers are allowed at the complex. No Pets allowed. Thank you in advance for supporting our concession stand.

Tournament Refund Policy: 

 

If any portion of a Future Champions Sports Complex tournament is cancelled due to weather, the following is our refund/credit policy:

 

• No cash refunds: All credits will be towards a future tournament that same year, or the following year. Tournament entry fees are non-refundable if a team withdraws from a tournament for any reason.

• 0 games played: Full credit towards a future tournament minus a $50 administrative fee

• 1 game started: 50% credit towards a future tournament

• 2 games started: NO REFUND

RULE CHANGE AS OF FEB 12, 2013

​

Metal Cleats Rule Change – In the past we have allowed metal cleats. As of February 12, 2013, because of the constant turf repair from the damage caused by metal cleats, METAL CLEATS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON ANY OF OUR FIELDS. Players can wear molded rubber cleats, turf shoes, or tennis shoes. There is really no need to purchase a special pair of shoes for our fields, as tennis shoes also work great on the synthetic turf.

 

Specific Park Rules:

• 1) No walk-in beverages, coolers or food (please support our concession stand)

• 2) No metal cleats or spikes

• 3) No smoking or vaping

• 4) No alcohol brought on premises

• 5) Be aware of flying objects

• 6) Absolutely no seeds

• 7) Please pick up your trash

• 8) No pets
